Add model card metadata and usage instructions

This PR enhances the model card for StyleExpert. It adds:
- The
image-to-imagepipeline tag for better discoverability. - Links to the research paper, project page, and official GitHub repository.
- A brief description of the model's MoE architecture and its capabilities.
- Quick inference instructions for using the model via the command line.
- The official BibTeX citation for the work.
