This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the automatic-speech-recognition pipeline tag to help users find your model.
Specifying the transformers library name to enable the "Use in Transformers" button and code snippets.
Adding a link to your paper SloPal: A 60-Million-Word Slovak Parliamentary Corpus with Aligned Speech and Fine-Tuned ASR Models in the description.
