Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I've noticed this repository doesn't have a model card yet.
This PR adds a README with metadata and links to the associated paper, project page, and GitHub repository. It also tags the model with the text-classification pipeline tag and the transformers library name to improve discoverability and enable automated code snippets.
