Checking the following two repos out https://huggingface.co/SamsungSAILMontreal/Qwen3-Next-80B-A3B-Instruct-REAM https://huggingface.co/bknyaz/Qwen3-Coder-Next-REAM
The structures of Qwen3-Next-80B-A3B-Instruct-REAM and Qwen3-Next-80B-A3B-Instruct are different, so I doubt they are compatible. However, feel free to try it out.
